Christopher M successfully rode his bike to Starbucks today and returned nice and bloated. 
After much longing and whining about the lack of set time it took a visit from my niece to spur me to taking the bike off the wall and hopping on board.

Almost a week after Chris Simms ruptured his spleen in a football game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Carolina Panthers, Jon Gruden has given the keys of his offense to a 6th round draft choice out of Toledo. I am sure Bruce Gradkowski is a fine young man, but I seriously doubt a rookie QB will solve the ills that plague the Bucs.

It is kind of strange to be watching a game played at the Superdome after all the destruction there, but at least the Saints are back home. I spent yesterday in the sun at the Buccaneers game at Raymond James Stadium. Finally, the true Bucs of old are back. This is the team i grew up with - able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with mere seconds left on the clock! But somehow they found a way. Chris Simms - are young quarterback had his spleen removed after the game due to an injury in the game. I must say 3 things -
